Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Buu Buu offers wholesale opportunities to registered businesses that deal with children's wear within Australia. Before we provide pricing and more information, please provide us with the following details:

  • Trading Name
  • Trading Address
  • Business ABN number
  • Contact Number
  • Email

Once we have verified the above information we will proceed to take orders under the following conditions:

Minimum Order

First Order: For all new clients, a minimum order of $300 (inc. GST, excl. shipping) is required. Clients need to have ordered a minimum of 5 sets of styles from any 5 different categories.

('Set' denoting as all sizes available in that style range and ‘Categories’ referring to Christenings, Flower Girl Dresses, Suits, Casuals, Shoes etc)

Second and subsequent orders: Once you have ordered a complete set of a style we only require you to order as needed but the minimum order value is $150 (inc. GST, excl. shipping costs).

So if you sold a size 25 shoe recently and wanted to restock this size you will only need to order this size. But remember that the minimum order value is $150.

For all styles you haven't gotten before you are required to get the complete set. 

Shipping Costs

All costs to ship the products will be at your expense and included in the invoice. Shipping prices will differ depending on the area you are in and what kind of service you require. We generally use TNT Express and Australia Post to transport our products. If you have an account with another freight provider you are welcome to use them. Please let us know if this is the case.


We only accept cash, cheque or bank deposit for wholesale transactions. We do not provide credit accounts to clients. Payment must be made in full before goods are shipped. We will provide you with more details regarding payment once you have placed your order.


We will accept returns if the products sent to you are faulty or not what you ordered. Returns are not accepted where you have changed your mind or cannot sell the item. We only provide exchanges or credits for returned goods.

Please contact us for more instructions for the returns process before returning goods to us. We only allow a timeframe of 60 days from time of receiving goods for clients to contact us for returns. All returns are refused after the 60 days. The cost to send goods back to us are at your expense.
