Exchange and Returns Policy

We hope that you love everything you buy at Buu Buu, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out. Below you will find everything you need to know about how to return or exchange an item bought online or from our store in Cabramatta.

Proof of Purchase

It happens sometimes. That dress you were certain would fit your child, doesn’t when you get home. So if you would like to exchange and you’re able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase like a receipt, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange provided:

  • You purchased / received the product in the last 7 days
  • The product is in original condition including its original packaging / tags
  • The product has not been washed, worn or used
  • The sewn-in labels are attached
  • It is not a product that is listed as an exception (check out the 'What's Not Included' section)

We accept exchanges at our Cabramatta and online store. Please bring a receipt if you wish to exchange at our store. For exchange through our website please shoot us an email or call us and we will organise the exchange details with you. Note that for all exchanges, we do not cover the cost of posting the item/s back to us, however we will cover the cost of sending the exchange item to you.

Faulty Returns

Buu Buu will accept product returns and offer an exchange, repair or refund where the product:

  • Is faulty through no fault of the customer
  • Does not match the sample or description

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, repair or refund.

Refunds

We do accept refunds for most products we sell online with some exception (see 'What's Not Included' section). Refunds cannot be given if you simply changed your mind. The product must either be faulty or not as described. Postage costs are not refundable.

What's not included

Sorry, but for health and hygiene reasons we can’t offer exchange or refund on the following unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you or where otherwise required by law:

  • Hosiery (not in its original packaging)
  • Earrings
  • Underwear
  • Seconds (fault must have been brought to the customers attention prior to purchase)

All free items are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.
