Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Unfortunately we do not. We process orders within Australia.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept VISA and Mastercard, Paypal and bank deposit. Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account.

Q. When will I receive my items?

A. Once you have purchased an item and payment has been received we will send your order within 1 business day. Depending on which option you have selected for shipping you can expect to receive your order as early as next day or up to 10 business days from sending your order.

Q. I would like to order over the phone. Is this possible?

A. If you would like to purchase items over the phone you can do so. Please call us on 02 9726 2960 and talk to our friendly staff who will guide you in the process. Over the phone payments must be made with bank deposit to this account:

Q. I'm not sure what size is right for my child. How do I find out?

A. For every product we have available we provide recommended sizes and measurements. It is best to measure your child and compare them with the corresponding dimensions in the table provided. If the numbers do not seem right or if you're not sure please shoot us an email or call us for help.

Q. There is an item I am after but the size / colour is out of stock. When can I expect them to be back?

A. We have more stock at our shop so if the size / colour you are after is out of stock on our website we may have a few in store. Contact us to find out if there is and we will organise them to be held for you for up to 24 hours.
